Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. The Company shall provide Executive with medical insurance coverage for Executive in accordance with the terms of the Company's medical insurance plan, if any, as it exists from time to time and shall provide Executive with coverage under all other employee benefit plans, programs and policies which the Company maintains from time to time for the benefit of its executive employees.
