Common use of Medical Insurance and Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive will be entitled to participate in any medical, dental and disability insurance plans, life insurance plans, retirement plans and other employee welfare and benefit plans or programs on the same terms as the Company’s other senior-level executives, as such plans and programs may be in effect from time to time.

Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive will be entitled to participate in any applicable medical, dental and disability insurance plans, life insurance plans, retirement plans and other employee welfare and benefit plans or programs on the same terms as made available to the Company’s other senior-level executivesexecutives or its employees generally, as in accordance with the terms of such plans and programs as may be in effect from time to time.
