Medical Staffing. To meet the requirements of this Agreement and ensure that prisoners receive constitutionally adequate medical care, the Jail will increase medical staffing by hiring sufficient additional staff with appropriate credentials (e.g., MDs, RNs, and LPNs) and increasing the hours that current staff with higher credentials are onsite on evenings and weekends.
