Common use of Medical Testing Clause in Contracts

Medical Testing. (a) I agree to undergo such medical testing as may be reasonably required by the Medical Director, including, but not limited to, giving blood and tissue samples for analysis. I agree that such analysis may include testing for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). I also acknowledge that additional testing may be required in accordance with the Governing Rules. (b) The fact and the results of such medical testing will be confidential in the hands of the Team medical staff, except to the extent that the same is public knowledge or required for legal, medical, administrative or competition purposes in accordance with this agreement.
