Medicare Subsidies. The Trust Fund shall accept Medicare Part D subsidies and any other governmental payments relating to the benefits provided to Participants and Beneficiaries pursuant to the Plans and Trust. All Medicare subsidies and other governmental payments shall be credited to each Separate Retiree Account attributable to the Participants and Beneficiaries on whose behalf the subsidies or payments are made.
