MEET AND CONFER ANNUALLY. The County agrees to meet and confer annually with the Union, on the subject of continuing participation in the Standards and Training for Corrections program, hereinafter referred to as STC, prior to the Probation Department making a proposal to the Board of Supervisors that participation be renewed for subsequent fiscal years during the life of the program.
