Common use of Meeting Participation and Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Meeting Participation and Scheduling. The Employer recognizes and agrees to meet with Unit 156-Captains’ representatives relating to matters covered by this Agreement. Meetings shall occur at reasonable times by mutual agreement. The names of designated representatives shall be certified to the Employer, in writing, by Unit 156-Captains.
