Ambulance Fees. Lieutenants and their eligible dependents will be exempt from fees for emergency medical services performed by the Chicago Fire Department.
Ambulance Fees. If You suffer a Bodily Injury, which necessitates the use of an ambulance, We will reimburse the ambulance fees up to the sub-limit stated in the Certificate Schedule for transportation to Hospital.
