Meeting Prior To Certain Actions. a. Except as provided in Article C.24.6, the Board shall not suspend or dismiss a teacher unless it has, prior to taking such action, held a meeting of the Board or a committee of the Board (including the Superintendent and/or designate) with the teacher involved entitled to be present.
