Meeting Prior to Layoff. The Parties recognize the value of meeting prior to a layoff process occurring. The purpose of this meeting is to review the layoff process, review the current seniority list and discuss other relevant factors the Parties agree upon. The Parties will also discuss the impact on Employees on approved Leave of Absence, WCB, STD or LTD insurance benefits.
