Meeting Times and Department Support. A. At least one (1) full-time equivalent laboratory technician shall be assigned to the Department of Natural Sciences. B. During the weeks of the Fall and Spring semesters when regular University classes are being held, reasonable effort will be made not to assign Bargaining Unit Members to classes scheduled between the hours of 4 P.M. and 5 P.M. on Mondays and Wednesdays. This block of time shall be allotted for the purpose of holding meetings. C. The University shall furnish all Academic Departments with adequate administrative support. D. No fewer than 1/3 of Bargaining Unit Members in each department that has students graduating are required to be present at all graduations.
