Changes in Classification The regular wage rate of the employee in effect on July 1 and January 1 will determine his entitlement to Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverages as outlined in the schedule contained in Exhibit “B”. Where an employee’s regular duties consist of more than one job, his regular rate shall be deemed to be the average of the rates applicable to such jobs.
Final Evaluation IC must submit a final report and a project evaluation to the Arts Commission within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services. Any and all unexpended funds from IC must be returned to City no later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the Services.
Class Grievances Class grievances involving one or more supervisors and grievances involving an administrator above the building level may be initially filed by the Association at Step Two.
Reductions in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be reduced (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Exchangeable Notes for MAC Notes), without any corresponding payment of principal, by the amount of the reduction, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Formal Evaluations The employer shall undertake formal evaluations of an employee’s performance of the various duties and responsibilities of a position only if one or more of the following conditions is present: • employee request • mutual agreement of hiring unit and employee • recommendation arising from informal evaluation • decision of Chair, Xxxx, Director or designate resulting from the processing of a complaint in accordance with Article 8.
New Classifications If a new classification is created within the bargaining unit, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union and negotiate a rate of pay for this new classification. If the parties cannot reach agreement, at the request of either party, the matter shall be submitted to the arbitration procedure in Article 26 of this Agreement.
