Common use of MEETINGS AND CORRESPONDENCE Clause in Contracts

MEETINGS AND CORRESPONDENCE. To accomplish the goals and activities set forth in this MoU, the parties shall, as far as practicable- (a) Regularly meet for the purposes of planning, and monitoring and evaluating outcomes from implementation of the MoU; (b) Respond to correspondence in a manner and timeframe that promotes efficiency and the timely progress or completion of objectives and tasks consistent with the roles and responsibilities set out in this MoU.
