Common use of Meetings and Information Clause in Contracts

Meetings and Information. A. The President of the Association or his/her designees shall have the right to visit all schools in the district for the purpose of carrying out Association business. Such visits shall be made only upon prior notification to the school principal and shall not interrupt the teacher's regular duties. B. The Board shall make available to the Association the names and addresses of all new teachers within one (1) week after the official Board action employing such new teachers. C. Such information shall be only for the use of the Association. D. Upon written request by the Association President or his/her designee, copies of the following forms, if completed, will be provided: appropriations, budget and training and experience grids. Such copies shall be provided to the President of the Association no later than two weeks after receipt of written request for such forms. E. Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on school property. Such business shall not interfere with pupil/teacher contact.
