Common use of MEETINGS AND MINUTES OF THE COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

MEETINGS AND MINUTES OF THE COMMITTEE. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party at a mutually agreed upon time and place, and minutes shall be initialled by both parties. Employees shall not suffer any loss of pay for time spent with this Committee and time spent in meetings shall be considered to be time worked.
