Meetings and Responsibilities of Management Committee. The Management Committee shall meet quarterly to consider and make recommendations to HIO’s Board of Directors on various issues pertaining to the use of the System and the Services by Participants, including, but not limited to, technical issues, privacy, information stored and accessed by Participants, use of information, and other issues including disputes related to the network or the parties’ participation therein.
