Meetings/Communications with Employees. Immediate Supervisors shall be responsible for scheduling and conducting staff meetings. All communication related to discipline, qualifications, competence and abilities of Employees shall be conducted in privacy between the Unit II Supervisor and the Employee. Union representation for any such meeting shall follow Collective Agreement guidelines. The Employer agrees to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality when dealing with disciplinary actions and performance evaluations.
