MEETINGS, NOTICE & AGENDA. The Committee shall meet at least bi-monthly or at the request of either party at a mutually acceptable time and place, within seven (7) days of said request. Copies of the notice of meeting and of the agenda for the meeting shall be distributed by the Committee Chair via e-mail normally at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting.
