T-4 Slips Sample Clauses

T-4 SlipsThe Employer shall include on each employee’s T-4 slip the amount of monies deducted in the previous year, and remitted to the Union, for income tax purposes where such information is or becomes readily available through the Employer’s payroll system.
T-4 Slips. The Employer agrees to record all Union dues paid in the previous year on the employee's income tax T-4 slip.
