Common use of Meetings of the Project Managers on Development of Reports Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Project Managers on Development of Reports. The Project Managers shall meet approximately every thirty (30) days, except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, to review and discuss the progress of work being performed at the site, including progress on the primary and secondary documents. Prior to preparing any draft report specified in Section 7.3 and 7.4 above, the Project Managers shall meet to discuss the report results in an effort to reach a common understanding, to the maximum extent practicable, with respect to the results to be prepared in the draft reports.
