Meetings of the Trustees. Regular meetings of the Trustees shall be held at such times and places as may be agreed upon by the Chairman and Co-Chairman. Reasonable notice of the meetings shall be provided, except that meetings may be held at any time without notice if all the Trustees consent thereto in writing. Special meeting may be called by the Chairman and Co-Chairman or any four (4) Trustees upon five (5) days' written notice. The Trustees shall meet at least once each year and at such other times as they deem it necessary to transact their business.
