Common use of Member 12 Month Eligibility Period Clause in Contracts

Member 12 Month Eligibility Period. Members must have their eligibility redetermined by the State every 12 months. Member eligibility redetermination occurs 12 months from the member’s HIP start date. The Contractor will receive the member’s eligibility redetermination date from the State. The Contractor is responsible for reaching out to members prior to their redetermination to encourage them to complete required redetermination paperwork.
