Common use of Member Compensation Clause in Contracts

Member Compensation. No Member shall receive any interest, salary or drawing with respect to its Capital Contributions or its Capital Account or for services rendered on behalf of the Company, or otherwise, in its capacity as a Member, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any of the JV Transaction Agreements or in another agreement among the Company and a Member that received approval by the Management Committee in accordance with Section 5.6.
