Common use of Member Notification Clause in Contracts

Member Notification. The District shall make a reasonable effort to notify the Federation treasurer within five days if any member resigns or is terminated and such action is approved by the Board of Trustees. Within thirty (30) calendar days of hire, the District shall electronically provide the Federation with the following information for any newly hired bargaining unit employees.
