Common use of Member Personnel Files Clause in Contracts

Member Personnel Files. 141 A personnel file for each member shall be maintained in the office of the Superintendent. This shall, subject to public records laws, be considered a confidential file and the only official file of recorded information of members maintained by the Board and Administration. No unsubstantiated or anonymous materials shall be placed in a member’s personnel file. Materials shall be accurate, relevant, timely, and complete.
