Members Acting in Exempt Positions. (a) Any Employee who is appointed to temporarily accept the responsibilities and carry out the duties incident to an Exempt Staff position for a period of more than ten (10) consecutive working days shall be given a leave of absence in good standing from membership in the Association for the period of the temporary appointment so as to allow the Employee to fully execute the Exempt Staff duties.
