Members of the Integrated Project Team. (a) The Integrated Project Team will consist of the best available resources of each of us or other resources we agree to engage to ensure the successful completion of the Alliance Works. (b) We will use our best endeavours to ensure that our personnel who are members of the Integrated Project Team remain (subject to satisfactory performance by the personnel) members of the Integrated Project Team until the AMT decides that those personnel are no longer required.
