Common use of Members of the Steering Committee Clause in Contracts

Members of the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee shall consist of one representative of each Party (hereinafter referred to as “Member”). Each Member shall have a mandate of decision-making on behalf of the Party it is representing. The Project Promoter shall chair all meetings of the Steering Committee unless decided otherwise in a meeting of the Steering Committee..
