Member’s Rights of Review. Members have the right to a review of any complaint regarding the services or benefits covered under this Contract. AvMed encourages the informal resolution of complaints. If you have a complaint, you or someone you name to act on your behalf (an authorized representative) may call XxXxx’s Member Engagement Center, and a Representative will try to resolve the complaint for you over the telephone. If you ask for a written response, or if the complaint is related to quality of care, we will respond in writing. The Member Engagement Center can also advise you how to name your authorized representative.
