Common use of Membership Materials Clause in Contracts

Membership Materials. By advance notification, a representative of the Union shall be allowed to attend new employee orientation, provided the Union representative is not on the clock. Membership materials provided by the Union, when available, shall be distributed to new hires at the orientation meeting by the Human Resources representatives. Upon request, the date and time of the next orientation meeting shall be provided to the Union.
