Membership Materials. By advance notification, a representative of the Executive Board shall be afforded two (2) hours of leave time to attend new employee orientation on two days each month, with supervisor approval. Membership materials provided by the Union, when available, shall be distributed to new hires at the orientation meeting by the Human Resources representatives. Upon request, the date and time of the next orientation meeting shall be provided to the Union.
