Membership Meetings - Privilege of Artists to Attend. ‌ Provided that Equity shall have given the Theatre two (2) weeks' notice in writing, the Theatre shall not require the services of the Artist for rehearsals (except in cases of dress rehearsals, or rehearsals on an opening date or on the seven (7) consecutive day rehearsal period after opening) at any time when a regularly called meeting of Equity is being held within a reasonable distance of the city where the Artist is being engaged. Time off for this purpose shall not be counted as part of that day's rehearsal period. Such time off shall only be made up during the seven (7) days preceding and/or following the meeting, but not more than two (2) extra hours per day.
