Membership Rules. Member agrees to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by Club for the use of Club facilities and the equipment and facilities therein including rules with respect to lockers, attire and personal hygiene. Club reserves the right to revoke or suspend this membership, for moral turpitude or fraud. If Member is suspended, member’s obligations to make payments under this Agreement continue as scheduled. Upon entering Club, Member must register at the reception desk and provide membership identification (and show other identification if requested by Club personnel).
A. Member must carry a towel while using Club facilities, and will clean up his/her sweat after using equipment.
B. Absolutely no gym bags are allowed in the exercises rooms. If he/she brings extra clothes or equipment, he/she must check out a locker and use it.
C. THERE IS NO SMOKING, TOBACCO CHEWING, BETEL-NUT CHEWING IN ANY AREA OF THE CLUB. No open drink containers on gym floors.
D. Damage to Club property shall be paid for by any Member who willfully or neglectfully causes such damage. Member is responsible for damage incurred by dependent children or guests.
E. Lockers are for daily use only. In no event will anyone be permitted to leave locks overnight on lockers. All locks left overnight will be removed and contents donated to charity or discarded, unless Member has a rental locker.
Membership Rules. This Agreement incorporates the Membership Rules. By signing this Agreement you agree to comply with the Membership Rules.
Membership Rules a. No public disclosure: To ensure the open nature of the IMF User Group, membership is not open to the press and members are prohibited from speaking to the press, or issuing press releases or other publicity, pertaining to the meetings or any side discussions related to the IMF User Group.

5.7 A Member must promptly notify us on becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their Membership.
Membership Rules. 3.1 Membership quotas and limits are determined by various factors, some of which pertain to legal age or domicile entitlement to Membership. Accordingly, each Member during the process of registering for Membership and upon becoming a Member and in order to retain their Membership undertakes and warrants that ;
3.2.1 they have completed all registration process information fields and / or questions in a materially accurate, complete and honest manner.
3.2.2 within 7 consecutive calendar days of each and every occurrence throughout their Membership that they become aware that any one or more of their ; name (or, any part thereof), date of birth, main personal email address, main residential address, personal mobile number, home (landline) telephone number, (as displayed within the Website page named “Your Details / Profile”) is being displayed inaccurately or is about to be, they will check the accuracy and validity of such information and correct same so that up to date, valid, accurate, information is at all times therein displayed.
3.3 Each Member further undertakes and warrants that ;
3.3.1 they shall not publicly, or, through any media or forum likely to attract public attention or make public their views and / or opinions and / or experiences, adversely criticise or otherwise act negatively or prejudicially towards the Promoter or the Website or Promoted Products or Promoted Brands or Member Services without first confidentially expressing such views and / or opinions and / or experiences, in writing to the Promoter and allowing the Promoter 30 days from receipt of such written submission to respond without prejudice in writing and where perceived appropriate attend to such Members concerns.
3.3.2 they shall not participate in nor have they ever participated in either money laundering as defined by the United Kingdom Money Laundering Regulations 2007, or, terrorism, as defined by the United Kingdom Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Xxx 0000.
3.3.3 they understand that Membership entails them from time to time receiving Members Questionnaires via the Website and that upon them visiting the Website and logging in and thereupon being presented with a Members Questionnaire they shall answer same either at such time, or, within two further consecutive visits to the Website during which they log in and that they shall do so in a materially accurate, complete and honest manner.
