Common use of Mentoring provided Directly by Individual Authorized Members Clause in Contracts

Mentoring provided Directly by Individual Authorized Members. Prospective Members may approach Authorized Members directly to request support through a mentoring arrangement. If Authorized Members accept this request then they must inform the secretariat so that other Authorized Members are made aware of the private mentoring arrangement. The Agreement, as a whole, cannot be responsible for the quality of advice and support provided through this private mentoring arrangement, which has not been approved by the Committee nor coordinated through the secretariat.
