Merchant’s Authority To Enter Into This Agreement. Merchant specifically warrants to GETI that Merchant has taken all necessary legal action and has authority to enter into this Agreement with GETI. It further warrants that the person(s) signing for and on behalf of Merchant is authorized to do so by Merchant. Merchant acknowledges that this Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of Merchant, enforceable in accordance with its terms.
