Common use of MERGER AND MODIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

MERGER AND MODIFICATIONS. This Agreement together with the Exhibits embodies the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto and there are no other agreements and/or understandings, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof, that are not merged herein and superseded hereby. This Agreement may only be amended or extended by a written instrument executed by the County and the Subrecipient expressly for that purpose.
