Merger, Integration, and Amendment. This writing is intended by the parties as a complete and final statement of the agreement, and supersedes and replaces any prior oral or written statements or agreements. This Contract shall not be amended or modified except by an instrument in writing duly executed by the parties hereto or their respective assigns.

Merger, Integration, and Amendment. This Agreement and the exhibits attached hereto contain the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings with respect thereto. This Agreement may only be amended by a written document duly executed by both parties.
