Merit Adjustments to Base. Salary will not be included in Academic Year 2019-20. Merit in some form will continue in Year 1 of the subsequent contract (AY 2020-2021). In that year, a minimum of 1.0% of the base salary will be applied to the merit pool, with the actual amount subject to negotiations that lead to that contract.
