Meter Maintenance. All electric metering equipment, Gas Meters, submeters, and other Gas metering equipment, whether owned by Seller or by a third party, which are installed on Seller’s side of the Gas Delivery Point or Seller’s side of the Electrical Delivery Point, as applicable, shall be operated, maintained and tested by and/or on behalf of Seller in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices, in the case of the electric metering equipment, and, in the case of the Gas Meters, Gas submeters, and Gas metering equipment, in accordance with American Gas Association and American National Standards Institute standards; provided that if the electric metering equipment test is conducted by the interconnecting utility or the Transmission Provider, testing shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures and the standards generally applied by such utility or the Transmission Provider (as applicable).
