Common use of Metering Services Clause in Contracts

Metering Services. During the Term: (a) Western Power must provide the Metering Services as requested by the User under a Service Order; (b) the User must pay for the Extended Metering Services provided by Western Power pursuant to a Service Order submitted by the User; and (c) the User may use the Metering Services, on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

Metering Services. During the Term: (a) Western Power must provide the Metering Services comprised in Reference Services (Metering), in accordance with the Code or as requested by the User under a Service Order; (b) the User must pay for the Extended Metering Services provided by Western Power pursuant to a Service Order submitted by the User; and (c) the User may use the Metering Services, on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

Metering Services. During the Term: (a) Western Power must provide the Metering Services metering services as requested by the User user under a Service Order;valid service request; and (b) the User user must pay for the Extended Metering Services provided by Western Power pursuant to a Service Order valid service request submitted by the Useruser; and (c) the User user may use the Metering Servicesmetering services, on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
