Metering Services. During the Term: (a) Horizon Power must provide the Metering Services comprised in Reference Services (Metering), in accordance with the Code or as requested by the User under a Service Order; (b) the User must pay for Extended Metering Services provided by Horizon Power pursuant to a Service Order submitted by the User; and (c) the User may use the Metering Services, on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
