Common use of Method of Assessment Clause in Contracts

Method of Assessment. The assessments shall be levied by the Residential Corporation against Assessable Units in the Neighborhood, and collected and disbursed by the Residential Corporation. As provided in the Declaration, by a vote of two-thirds of the Trustees, the board shall fix the annual Neighborhood Assessment and the date(s) such assessments become due, with the advice of the Owners of Assessable Units in the Neighborhood.
