METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THEAGREEMENT. Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee has to make any payment, in common with other Allottee(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the [Apartment/Plot] bears to the total carpet area of all the [Apartments/Plots] in the Project.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THEAGREEMENT. Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee/s has to make any payment, in common with other Allottee/s (s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the Apartment bears to the total carpet area of all the Apartments in the Project.

Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Purchasers has to make any payment, in common with other Purchaser(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the Flat bears to the total carpet area of all the Flats in the Project.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THEAGREEMENT. Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Purchaser has to make any payment, in common with other Purchaser(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the Shop/ Office / Godown / Commercial/ Semi - Commercial Space bears to the total carpet area of all the Shop/ Office / Godown / Commercial/ Semi - Commercial Spaces in the Project.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THEAGREEMENT. Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee/Purchaser/s has to make any payment other than mentioned in said agreement, in common with other Allottee/Purchaser/s in Project, the same shall be proportion which the carpet area of the (Flat/Unit/Apartment) bears to the total carpet area of all the (Flat/Unit/Apartments) in the Project.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THEAGREEMENT. 26.1 Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee(s) has to make any payment, in common with other allottees in the Said Project/Whole Project, the same shall be the proportion which the Carpet Area plus Balcony Area of the Unit bears to the total carpet area plus balcony area of all the Apartments in the Said Project/Whole Project, as the case may be. However, maintenance charges for the Unit shall be calculated on the basis of super area. Super Area for the Unit is sqm.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THEAGREEMENT. Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Purchaser/s has to make any payment, in common with other Purchaser(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the Super- Built-up Area of the Schedule “B” Property bears to the total Super-Built up Area of all the Schedule “B” Property in the Project.
