MODE OFPAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft or online payment (as applicable) in favour of 'UNIVERSAL CONSTRUCTION Co.' payable at Asansol.
MODE OFPAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Aloottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the payment plan at Term No.

MODE OFPAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Allottee shall make all payments and the Developer abiding by the construction milestones, on written demand/e-mail by the Developer, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan or otherwise, through account payee cheque/ demand draft/ banker’s cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favour of IMPERIAL CONCLAVE PVT. LTDpayable at Kolkata or in the manner mentioned in the said demand/email.

MODE OFPAYMENT. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee shall make all payments, on a written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan described in Part II of Schedule-C through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft or online payment (as applicable)in favour of“ ”payable at Kolkata. An intimation forwarded by the Promoter to the Allottee that a particular milestone of construction has been achieved shall be sufficient proof thereof. The issuance of such intimation by post and/or email or on any other digital platform at the address, email address or phone of the Allottee shall be sufficient intimation for the purpose of this clause by the Promoter upon the Allottee, and non-receipt thereof by the Allottee/s shall not be a plea or an excuse for non-payment of any amount or amounts.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Owner abiding by the construction milestones (as stipulated in the Payment Plan), the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Owner, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft/bankers cheque or online payment (as applicable)] in favour of Premier Mica Mining and Manufacturing Company, payable at Kolkata.
MODE OFPAYMENT. Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones (except in cases of rebate in installments as per clause 1.5 ), the Allottee shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Payment Plan in schedule C through A/c Payee cheque/demand draft or online payment (as applicable) in favour of ' MAA MANSHA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS' A/c. no.408620110000277 Bank of India , Belurmath Branch,Howrah, West Bengal – 711201, IFSC Code BKID0004086 payable at Howrah. Further on registration with RERA authority to such RERA account, if any as may be time to time intimated by the Promoter. The Owners and the promoter shall apportion their respective shares in the amounts amongst themselves as mutually agreed between them.
MODE OFPAYMENT. 2.1 Subject to the terms of the Agreement and the Promoter abiding by the construction milestones, the Allottee(s) shall make all payments, on written demand by the Promoter, within the stipulated time as mentioned in the payment plan given in Part II of Schedule- C hereunder through account payee cheque/ demand draft/ banker's cheque or online payment (as applicable) in favor of Ashiana Anmol Ph-3 UO AHL Master Coll Ac (A/c no. 50200062727343) payable at Gurugram.

Ltd. ' payable at Delhi NCR.
