Method of Communications. The Borrower authorizes the Credit Union to transmit any communication related to this Agreement or the CEBA Loan electronically to the email address provided in support of the CEBA Loan application or to the email address already on record in the Borrower’s membership file. For the mutual protection of the Borrower and the Credit Union, we may record all telephone calls that relate to the use of or include instructions for using
