Method of Delivery of Notices. The method of delivery of notices required in Article XVI shall be satisfied by one of the following means of delivery: certified letter, facsimile or electronic transmission given to the union twenty-four (24) hours in advance. 1602 SINGLE SHIFTS: Union, in the jurisdiction where the work is being performed twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
Method of Delivery of Notices. A notice, consent, approval or other communication (each a “Notice”) under this Agreement shall be delivered in writing, addressed to the Person to whom it is to be delivered, and:
(a) delivered by nationally recognized overnight courier to that Person’s address; or
(b) transmitted by facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic means to that Person’s address, with a duplicate Notice sent by nationally recognized overnight courier to that Person’s address.
Method of Delivery of Notices. Any written notice required under this agreement must be signed by a duly authorised representative of the party giving that notice and will be deemed validly given if:
(a) delivered by hand to the intended recipient's physical address as set out in schedule 9; or
(b) sent by email to the intended recipient's email address as set out in schedule 9 and if the recipient acknowledges receipt (whether by way of an automated message or otherwise).

All notices required by this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered either in person, or by messenger, or by registered or certified first class mail with return receipt requested, postage prepaid, sent to the last known address of the party to receive the notice.

(b) sent by facsimile to the intended recipient's facsimile number as set out below (for Notices to DevelopmentWA) or as set out in Item 11 of the Schedule (for Notices to the User) and the sender's facsimile machine confirms transmission to the intended recipient in full without error.
(c) sent by email to the email address as may have been notified by a party to the other party from time to time. An email must be signed by means of an electronically produced signature of a person authorised by a party or must state that it is being sent by a person authorised to send the email on behalf of a party.
