Method of payment to contractors. The Co-ordinator shall receive all payments made by the Commission. The transfer to the Contractors shall be made in half-half-yearly instalments. The first instalment, the amount of which shall be 100% of the request for the first 12 months, of the advance paymentrequest, shall be transferred with minimum delay. The second shall be released by the Co-ordinator depending on a decision of the GA about completion of work and/or timely submission of Project deliverables, and in accordance with the EC Contract. No payment shall be requested to the Coordinator by the other Contractors, even those having provided all necessary project deliverables, as long as the related EC’s financial contribution has not been not paid to the Coordinator. It is also agreed that no distribution of any advance payment from the Commission will be made for a subsequent part before the prior ones are fully paid. In case a Contractor does not fulfil the conditions for a payment, thissuch Contractor shall not receive any further financial contribution from the Commission until the saidsuch conditions are met unless the Project Co-ordination Committee decides otherwise. The General Assembly shall be kept informed under all circumstances and may decide on additional appropriate measures with respect to the concerned Contractor. The Project Co-ordination Committee may decide on staggered payments of the contribution to a Contractor for justified reasons, such as failure in the execution of its tasks, failure to meet Reports or a future probable event that would cause failure to meet Reports.

  • PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR The TOWN agrees to pay at the rates specified for SERVICES satisfactorily performed in accordance with this contract. Any funds received after that time on such date will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day. The Master Issuer’s obligations hereunder in respect of any amounts payable to any Investor shall be discharged to the extent funds are disbursed by the Master Issuer to the Administrative Agent as provided herein or by the Trustee or Paying Agent in accordance with Section 4.02, whether or not such funds are properly applied by the Administrative Agent or by the Trustee or Paying Agent. The Administrative Agent’s obligations hereunder in respect of any amounts payable to any Investor shall be discharged to the extent funds are disbursed by the Administrative Agent to the applicable Funding Agent as provided herein whether or not such funds are properly applied by such Funding Agent.

  • Notice to Contractors This contract, together with the other documents enumerated in this paragraph, forms the contract between the parties. These documents are as fully a part of the contract as if attached hereto or repeated herein. The Contractor agrees to perform all of the work described in the contract documents and to comply with the terms and conditions defined therein for a total sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand and 00/100 DOLLARS ($2, 254,000.00), said amount being subject to any approved addenda or change order.
