Method of Remuneration. An employee who works overtime is paid for the number of hours worked in the following way: 1. at time-and-one-half of her regular salary, excluding any inconvenience premiums; 2. at double her regular salary1, excluding all inconvenience premiums if the overtime is worked on a statutory holiday, in addition to the payment of the holiday.
