Methods of Delivery, Deemed Receipt. Communications and notices between Broker and Seller regarding the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing, signed by the Party giving the notice, and shall be deemed given: (a) upon receipt if delivered personally or if mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid; or (b) at noon on the business day after dispatch if sent by a nationally recognized overnight courier via overnight delivery. However, notices to Broker must also be delivered pursuant to Section 11.2.2.2 before the notice will be deemed delivered to Broker and notices to Sellers must also be delivered pursuant to Section 11.2.2.3 before the notice will be deemed delivered to Seller.
