  • Methods of Payment Distributions from the Director's Deferral Accounts shall be paid in cash in a single sum unless the Participant elects, at the time a Payment Date is selected pursuant to paragraph 4.1(a) or 4.1(b), to receive the amount payable in generally equal quarterly installments over a period not to exceed ten (10) years.   • Calculation of Payments The State shall use the fee schedule set forth in Attachment E to the contract (Fee Schedule) in determining the value of the work performed up to the time of termination.   • Entitlement and Calculation of Payment Subject to maintaining any superior conditions concerning entitlement, vacation entitlement shall be as follows: An employee who has completed less than one year of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to two annual vacation.   • Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to take time off in lieu of payment of overtime at a time or times agreed with the Company. Overtime taken as time off during ordinary time hours will be taken at the ordinary time rate, that is an hour for each hour worked.

  • Payment Methodology The Contractor shall be compensated based on the Service Rates in Attachment for units of service authorized by the Institution in a total amount not to exceed the Contract Maximum Liability established in Section C.1. The Contractor’s compensation shall be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of units of service or project milestones identified in Attachment B. The Contractor shall submit invoices, in form and substance acceptable to the Institution with all of the necessary supporting documentation, prior to any payment.
